Customer Advocate + Implementation Specialist
ABOUT THE JOB
The position will be focused on making sure Blyncsy customers have a great experience with our product and services. You will be the liaison between the customer and the product team to ensure the product is working, enhancements are communicated and delivered to the clients; clients are trained and we are delivering what we promised. You will also support the sales team in making sure they have what they need to successfully close deals and ensure the onboarding process is a seamless experience for our clients.
This is a full-time position with, option for ¾ time.
This position reports to the CEO
Work with the CEO and the rest of the business team to make sure client needs are met.
Interface with product team to ensure features are roadmapped and timelines communicated to clients.
Serve as the main point of contact for clients.
Ensure clients are successfully onboarded to Blyncsy software and trained in how to use them.
Assist the sales team with upsells and renewals, marketing collateral and document production.
Meet milestone requirements throughout the customer journey.
Lead the build-out of Blyncsy’s account management program.
Undergraduate and/or graduate degrees in business, marketing, communications, psychology, sociology or related fields
2+ years with customer success and/or account management
Experience with Salesforce or other CRMs
Experience in marketing, video or document editing and graphics and/or design are a plus
